B. über ein hochauflösendes mikro-elektromechanisches Neigungsmesssystem. Am Ausgang steht in der Standardversion ein Strom- oder Spannungssignal zur Verfügung. Die Längenaufnahme wird nach dem Seilzugmessprinzip vorgenommen. Verwendet wird ein mehradriges Messkabel, das ein- oder mehrlagig auf eine mit Rückzugsfeder ausgestattete Kabeltrommel aufgewickelt wird. Bei großen Messlängen sorgt eine Spindel-Rollenführung dafür, dass bei mehrlagiger Kabelaufwicklung exakt Lage an Lage gewickelt wird. Ausgemessen wird die Anzahl der längenproportionalen Trommelumdrehungen wahlweise mit Spannungs- oder Stromausgang. In baugleicher Ausführung können die Längen- und Neigungswerte auch mit digitalen Gebersystemen erfasst und im Datenformat CANopen ausgelesen werden, auch in redundanter Ausführung für sicherheitsrelevante Anwendungen, z. B. SIL2 gemäß IEC 61508.

Using the optional SB-FH2 setting box and setting software, communication settings for R-CM can be easily executed (wireless). The R-CM receiver can control the number of tightening operations of a torque spanner or torque screwdriver.
